Need some extra ideas for your kids’ snacks?
I always try to give my kids healthy snacks and avoid as much as possible biscuits but I don’t have time to spend hours in the kitchen for preparing snacks.
They might be reluctant at first, but you will see that after getting used to healthier snacks, they will really enjoy it.
Therefore, here are some healthy and easy to make options.
KIDS’ HEALTHY SNACKS IDEAS
1/ A slice of brown bread with dark chocolate
2/ A mix of almonds, cashew nuts and dark chocolate
3/ A hard-boiled egg with carrot sticks
4/ A flower shaped apple (as my daughter would call it 🙂 )
5/ Some fruits: in a salad or in pieces
6/ A slice of turkey & cherry tomatoes
7/ A piece of cheese with vegetables sticks (carrot, celery, zucchini, cucumber…)
8/ A banana & strawberry smoothie (Pulse a banana, some strawberries and a little bit of water, depending on your taste, iin the blender and it’s ready!)
9/ A banana & pecan nuts
10/ Muesli & yogourt with marple syrup or honey
