Not many ingredients and not much preparation, with this recipe, your evening meal will be ready in no time. I do it often and it is appreciated by the whole family.
THE ZUCHINIS PIE RECIPE
- Some boursin cheese
- 1 pie crust
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 zucchinis
- Put the pie crust in a pie mould and spread a layer of cheese on it.
- Brown the onions, the garlic and then the zucchinis. Salt. Pour it in the pie mould.
- Put it in the over for half an hour at 180°C (360°F).
Serve it with green salad.
