Face Yoga Method

A few years ago, I decided to have a healthier lifestyle, in every aspects of my life. And I realized that I wasn’t taking enough care of my face. As I turned 40 and started to notice aging signs, I decided it was time to give it more care.

I started to follow a ritual, morning and night, that I almost never skip. It involves basic care such a cleanser and cream but also hand massage, cups and roll and of course. But be reassured, it doesn’t have to take more than a few minutes!

During that journey, I discovered the Face Yoga Method. At first I started to use it for myself, to tone up my face. Then I loved the benefits so much that I wanted to share it with you. I followed an intensive and very rewarding training and then started to teach Face Yoga Method, which I love.

 

WHAT IS FACE YOGA?

To keep it short and sweet, it’s like body exercise but for your face. With over 30 muscles, there is plenty of area to work on in order to tone and shape our face. There exists many poses whether you just want ot give a general “lift up”  to your face or wish to work on specific areas.

I offer online and face-to face classes.
